I am a accountant and provide accounting services to few of my clients.

I have recently (1 month) started these service and has not registerd my firm till now.

My purpose to open bank account to collect payments from clients and not to register the firm or under any act such as service tax untill I come under any laws.

1. Income tax law - Till I am under tax excempt limit, I need not to apply pan else I need to file yearly return.
2. Service Tax law - Till I am under exempt taxable turn over limit, I need not to register for service tax.
3. What I tried is registration of SSI but they asking bribe to register the firm and at this moment of time I could not afford it for this new start-up.
4. Labour law have official Rs. 250 minimum fee + Bribe, if they ask for.

What are other ways and possibly cheapest way to open bank account for collecting amount from client into bank?

How to claim tds?

I had an FD with a bank for 3 years. On initial deposit the amount was 90,000 and there was no liability of TDS on the same. Now in the 3rd year, the interest amount crossed 10,000 the liability of TDS was attracted. But since the bank did not have my pan no, so the tds was deducted @20% instead of 10. On contacting the bank, i was made aware of all this and the bank even refused to issue any tds certificate to me as my pan was not available..
Is there any way I can claim deduction of this TDS?
