I Want to know that what would be due date for filling Annual Return of Private Limited Co.

IF due date of Last AGM is 30 Sep 2013.

Current Year (f.y. 2013-14) Books Audited on 30.10.2014 as the due date of tax audit has been extended i.e.30.11.2014.

AGM held on 31.10.2014

I need to file Annual return of a private limited co.I need the list of attachments to be filed with form GNL-2 (Auditors Appointment) 23AC, 23ACA, MGT-14.
Do i need to fill Form MGB-7 for annual return filing?
Need clarification ASAP.

Ours is a Chartered Accountants firm at Gujarat, having Head Office at Jamnagar and Branch Office at Ahmedabad. Please advise us on whether we require Shops and Establishment Registration or not. If yes, do we need to get only one Registration at Jamnagar (H.O.) with an addition of Branch Office of Ahmedabad OR we need to have two different registration at two places.

One of my client is provinding consultancy services from India to a foreign company in USA. He wants to form a company so please advice whether it would be good to form a company or he can provide services through his proprietorship firm. Unlisted Company also includes private limited company? In my view, public limited comapny whose shares are not listed in Recognised Stock ex is called Unlisted Company. so Pvt limited company may not includes in list of Unlisted Company.
