As change in companies act is there any change in the procedures following for registration for company.
Any changes in Forms
Any changes in Audit Limit for A Chartered Accountant.
As many people saying every thing is changed.
so please solve my Query

No basic change in name approval and formation.
The audit limit is not changed. The "change of auditors" is the new change
