Is there need to file Annual ADT 1 form for Auditors Appointment ?? or Can we file one time form for appointment for 5 years.

So we can file ADT 1 for appointment of Auditor for 5 Years at one time also. So there will be no requirement of filing every year.This is what I have understand so if something incorrect than plz let me know.
