Can a Partnership Firm carrying on the banking business get itself Scheduled in the SECOND SCHEDULE OF RBI ACT, 1934 ?

Does employer need to pay ADMINISTRATION CHARGES charges to ESI departement along with his contribution of 4.75% of wages and 1.75% of employee contribution ,like he does in case of PF payments? If yes, what percentage of total wages has to be paid as administration charges. Challan No.1 which is used for payment of ESI dues has no provision to show administration charges. How does one deal with it?

1)Co Op. Credit society (in maharashtra) has given loan to a borrower against mortgage of house property of Rs. 3.00 Lacs.
2)In due course, the loan became NPA and the borrower went absconding.
3)The property mortgaged was auctioned by the society and Rs.1.88 Lacs were recovered.
4) What to do with the remaining amount? if guaranter's can be prosecuted for recovery? if yes, what is the procedure.
5) Or can the society adjust the bad portion of the debt against the Bad & Doubtful Debts Reserve; if yes; what is the process?

my question is little regarding law if any can help pls :

One of my friend family stay is one house for more than 65 yrs .. they have paying there rent regularly. Few years back onwer died , then my friends family was paying rent n ven use to pay muncipal tax .. water tax all taxes themselves n rent receipts where received by them through lawyer.

Suddenly third party came n claims that this property is there and have ask them to leave the house. Their is no will prepared by the owner.

according to me since they have stayed many years then according to law this house becomes there own ? is it right. if yes can any one tall me the conditions to satisfy such law n i wan perfect section?

I want to even know whether my friend family can fight for having this property since stayed more than 60 yrs ...?


Secondly if opposite party gives compensation of leaving house then how much to be asked for .. any law regarding it then pls help me ?

I wish to ask:
(a)What exactly is this Official Gazette?
(b)At what intervals is it issued?
(c) What are basically its contents?
(d)Can a specimen copy be visited online or is it available in Hard Copy in the market?

1) The profit earned by cooperatives wether taxable or not, if deduction u/s 80P applied then at what condition which is applied for milk and milk product.

2)How we distribut these profit among their promoters and members.whether that profit is capital recepit in the hand of promoters/members or taxable in the hand of promoters /members.or exempted by any other way

3)Wether promoters are eligible to donate their land /other assets to cooperative society

4) what kind of consequances if promoters give land /other assets on lease to cooperative society.

5)whether the family members are become the member of society
