07 March 2008 WHEN THE CHAIRMAN OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OR SHAREHOLDERS MEETING HAS PUT A PARTICULAR RESOLUTION TO VOTING AS PER THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF THE COMPANY,THE VOTES CAST IN FAVOR ARE CALLED ASSENTING AND THE VOTES CAST AGAINST ARE CALLED DISSENTING.
THE DIRECTORS OR SHAREHOLDERS ( MEMBERS)CASTING SUCH VOTES ARE CALLED ASSENTING OR DISSENTING MEMBERS FOR THAT PARTICULAR PROPOSAL OR RESOLUTION.
