Is labour cess of 1% for construction applicable in Hosur (Tamil Nadu)?
I know it is a central tax but collected by states.
Should employer deduct Labour cess @ 1% from monthly bills of contractor?

Please help me in the given below issue:

XYZ Pvt Ltd is registered Indian company and a service provider. XYZ is availing professional & technical service through outside India. The payment for the same automatically debited from the companies credit card.

My question, Is there any Threshold limit for making payment, Is RBI approval is required for making these payments or do we require to make payment by issuing form 15CA and CB.

I have made one year term fd of ₹10 lakh in central bank of india on 01/08/2017.
As urgent need of money, i withdraw this amount on 05/08/2017.
But bank charging me ₹10,000 as penal interest at 1% for premature withdrawal. Is it logical to charge this? Pkease reply. Thanks.

Kindly provide agreement for following transaction to be execute between manufacturer and marketing agencies for considering following conditions.

Please consider loan license agreement with respect followings

1. designated and identical ayurvedic medicine to be produce only for concern marketing agencies
2. Raw material will be supplied to manufacture by marketing agencies
3. only labour/manufacturing cost will be paid by marketing agencies
4. All other legal formalities and clearance regarding production of said product will be responsibilities of manufacturer.
5. Agreement term will be initially for one year

I gave an advance towards purchase of property to a company in 2012. Due to legal issues on land, project never completed. Developer is not returning money. Instead he is willing to register similarly priced plot in another project under different company. Only one partner is common between these 2 companies with whom I am talking. There are different partners though minor share. He says it's OK to mention the old check number issued in 2012 in sale deed. Is it OK? any issues legally from ownership point of view and tax point of view
