Can someone suggest me how do I get the name of our partnership firm registered? Dox required?

partnership firm is to be registered with the Registrar of Firms. You can do so where the firm is located.
Now in addition to this, what do you mean by Trademark registration? What sort of trademark you are carrying?

Thank you for taking the time to revert on my query. My purpose is just to get the name of the firm registered so that no one else can use it in same industry.
