Xerox of property papers given to broker

27 August 2017 Respected members, I had given a Xerox copy of property agreement to a broker for selling my flat. Eventually I decided not to sell the flat and rented it my brother. Can the broker misuse the Xerox property agreement. Pls help. The originals are with me.

27 August 2017 As originals are with you the broker can't misuse the Xerox copies. Moreover the property is with your brother's possession. Anybody buys your property based on Xerox without seeing the original will have no legal rights.
