Kindly provide agreement for following transaction to be execute between manufacturer and marketing agencies for considering following conditions.

Please consider loan license agreement with respect followings

1. designated and identical ayurvedic medicine to be produce only for concern marketing agencies
2. Raw material will be supplied to manufacture by marketing agencies
3. only labour/manufacturing cost will be paid by marketing agencies
4. All other legal formalities and clearance regarding production of said product will be responsibilities of manufacturer.
5. Agreement term will be initially for one year
6 Please suggest any additions/deletion term for aforesaid agreement

All are requested kindly provide requisite draft copy of agreement at the earliest.

I gave an advance towards purchase of property to a company in 2012. Due to legal issues on land, project never completed. Developer is not returning money. Instead he is willing to register similarly priced plot in another project under different company. Only one partner is common between these 2 companies with whom I am talking. There are different partners though minor share. He says it's OK to mention the old check number issued in 2012 in sale deed. Is it OK? any issues legally from ownership point of view and tax point of view

Sir, I am confuse regarding basic salary. my salary is Rs.35000 and here is following salary structure of my salary:-

SALARY STRUCTURE ARE AS FOLLOW:
Salary Nature Amount (Rs.)

Basic Salary 4,000.00
Dearness Allowance 12,000.00
House Rent Allowance 10,000.00
Transport Allowance 5,000.00
Education Allowance 2,000.00
Medical Allowance 2,000.00
Total Rs. 35,000.00
Less: PF Contribution 960.00
Less: Labour Welfare 10.00
Net Payable Rs. 34,030.00


Sir, Please somebody tell me that we can put basic salary Rs.4000/- if i getting Gross Salary Rs.35,000 if we follow indian Laws. is it possible for less contribution in PF account.
