how to write sections in exams

19 July 2017 Dear sir/Madam,, Can I write the sections in my own words by mention the sec like 22(2) of NI,,or I use the same words in that sections...pls guide me Advance thanks for your answers...

19 July 2017 Use of Short form should be avoided.
It does not matter if you dont give section number. However quoting WRONG section number creates BAD impression

19 July 2017 SECTION 23 OF NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT ACT.... When a bill is made payable at stated number of months after date, the period stated
terminates on the day of the month which corresponds with the day on which the instrument is
dated. When it is made payable after a stated number of months after sight the period
terminates on the day of the month which corresponds with the day on which it is presented
for acceptance or sight or noted for non-acceptance or protested for non-acceptance. When it
is payable a stated number of months after a certain event, the period terminates on the day
of the month which corresponds with the day on which the event happens In my own words, If the month has no correspondence date ,the last date of the month is the corresponding date... In this way I write my provisions, can I fetch full marks for a question.
