I do intraday and earning well...Iam planning to register as sole proprietor and collect money from relatives and friends to invest hugh in intraday...my broker is ZERODHA...
1) IS their any complainces qnd rules I should follow from SEBI ?
2) is it good idea to have sole proprietor ? if not any idea please??
3) what is the tax treatment from my side and in hands of friends who give me money??

We had applied to adj stamp collector for estimation of stamp duty payable for below stated Cancellation Deed. To our surprise we got the quote of Stamp duty payable of Rs.13,700.00 & penalty of Rs. 54,800.00. Please advise.

I know it is a central tax but collected by states.
Should employer deduct Labour cess @ 1% from monthly bills of contractor?

XYZ Pvt Ltd is registered Indian company and a service provider. XYZ is availing professional & technical service through outside India. The payment for the same automatically debited from the companies credit card.

My question, Is there any Threshold limit for making payment, Is RBI approval is required for making these payments or do we require to make payment by issuing form 15CA and CB.

I have made one year term fd of ₹10 lakh in central bank of india on 01/08/2017.
As urgent need of money, i withdraw this amount on 05/08/2017.
But bank charging me ₹10,000 as penal interest at 1% for premature withdrawal. Is it logical to charge this? Pkease reply. Thanks.
