I wanted to know if a person who has lived outside India and is having citizenship of that country (he has lived outside India for 10 years), after shifting to India and having a PAN and Aadhaar card (he is now resident and ordinary resident since last 2 years), make FDI in Indian LLP?
Will it be considered as FDI?

As he is ordinarily resident of India hence his investment will not be considered as FDI
