Due date of deposit of ESIC Challan

pl tell me due date for deposit of ESIC challan and also if the last date is a public holiday, can I deposit the same by next day without paying penalty or interest.

Motor Insurance

A car which has proper insurance coverage was damaged due to the fall of tree over it by accident. But the inusrer refuses to the claim for the damages caused to the car. On what basis the coverage of insurance for a car is decided? what are the conditions to be satisfied to claim the damages?

my client wants to register his Trade name under the trade Marks Registration Act.
1.What are the procedures to get registration of Trade name under the Trade Marks Registration Act.
2.what is the normal time required to get the tademarks registration.
3. Cost involved.
