actually.....i want to ask why C.A. & LLB are banned together....i.e. why these courses cant be done together.????

nd my 2nd ques is....do the lawyers also have the power to represent any assessee for his income tax case???

18 November 2009 CA and LLB is good but not best together. CS & LLB is the best combination. CA relates financial matters, but CS realts to company law and general laws. for that reason LLB is more usefull with CS.

18 November 2009 CA and LLB is also good, you will have finance and law knowledge, its not banned every one will prefer to do with CS thats it..

20 November 2009 CA in India is considered to be not only Accounting Specailzed, Audit Specialized, Tax Expert and to certain extent even Financial wizard... which is not so in other developed countries .. However, If this has been approach adopted, then doing LLB is very much desirable.
