We have formulated Partnership deed in 2008 which disolved in 2009, During this period we got PAN Card as well. Now we have formed the same partnership firm with same name only change in partner's details and structure. Will dat PAN card will be still applicable or we need to surrender the same and get fresh one again..

I am trying to apply for DPIN, however it shows the msg. that DPIN is already applied with these details. Now, there is no other option found to generate the DPIN. What is the solution?
