please advise in order to get 60+ in accounts from which book i should study ?and how to study?
and please advise should i do selective study in law and audit?
and also suggest important areas of law and audit for exams point of view so that i can rely on them and can leave the rest as the course is too lenghty..

U can score 60+ in accounts by referring any book. Accounts requires lots of practice.
Some good books for the same are:-
PC Tulsian & PAdhuka.
Selective study is dangerous in Audit & Law.
You need to attempt 100 marks paper in theory papers so avoid this thing.
Some imp. topics :-
Law- General Meeting & 1st three chapters
Audit- First 4 chapter + Company Audit + CARO
