Please can anyone guide/advise me in the below matter.

I had taken admission in S.N.D.T law college santacruz on 31-07-2012 i.e
on the last day of admissions. So, the term commenced immediately on the very next day i.e.1-08-2012.

Due to some reason I had to cancel my admission so I called up the college office number on 4aug (within 4 days period) & informed them. I was told to come on 6-08-2012-monday and submit an application for cancellation. On 6 aug, I did as i was i told and submitted an application for cancellation and requested for the refund of fee paid rs.18665/-.
Much to my surprise, i was informed that i would only get a refund of rs.1600 out of total of rs.18,665 as per the prospectus line "No refund of fees after term commences".
I tried a lot to convince them that in my case it was just not possible to comply with the requirement of cancellation before term commences as i took admission on the last day and term got commenced the very immediate next day.

However, all my request n pleadings have fallen on their deaf ears:-( n they have only refunded 1600 to me.

Please can of the experts out here advise me of any remedy available to me. Look forward to your advise/guidance in this matter.

If a website uploads video advertisments of various companies like Hindustan unilever. Dabur, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen etc without their permission but only for the betterment of such companies, whether this would be legal and can such companies claim on such website for using their video advertisments ?
and what would be the case if such website is earning revenues from such video advertisments but used for the betterment of such companies ?

We have a case in Magistrate court re: financial fraud in which we lost money as investor.
We wish to represent the case ourself (one of us) and NOT use an appointed lawyer or public prosecutor.
Does this require a written application to court or only oral permission is required?

We are 4 Partners, Only I Am Indian, Balance 3 Are Non Indian ( Kuwaiti National ) Capital Amount Should Be About 20 Million Rupees.

Dear All,
A company is the owner of a flat in a Co-operative Housing Society Limited(CHSL). A director of that company is residing in the flat. He now wishes to become a memebr of the Managing Committee. My Query is as under:

1. As far as I am aware, only employees of the company can reside in a CHSL flat owned by the company. A director, not an employee, is he entitled to reside at the said flat?

If the answer to the above query is Yes then my second query is as under:

2. The company has given all the authorizations u/s 187 to represent the company. Is such authorization only restricted to voting in the meetings of the Society or does the said authorization empower the director to contest the elections for the Managing Committee?
