Dear Experts,
In which way can a Govt company sue its concern officer for not recording financial transactions in its books? Which sections will attract on both company and officers like sec 44AA of ITax Act and 209 of comp Act.

for officer in default.... the Govt internal procedure will apply. For company companies act as well as 44AA of the income tax is applicable
