Company law department has clarified the position regarding two companies entering into the partnership in circular no.1/81-CL-V dated 14th September 1981. my query is whether any further circular/clarification has been issued by the deparment . And please let me know whether two body corparates can enter into partnership or not.

The partnership Act: the partners are collectively called as Partners. The "collectiveness " of partners is regarded as FIRM. One real person (human being) is necessary apart from many other LEGAL Juridical PERSONs.
