how can i get the licence or renew the licence.

Sir there is my query about ...whether a debt due and it may owing by company to a one of shareholder of company can be set off against outstanding calls?

OUR CLIENT IS AN TRUST BASED IN HARYANA, REGISTERED U/S 12A, 80G, PROVIDING EDUCATION i.e. RUNNING SCHOOL & COLLEGE. DOES THEY REQUIRE TO GET REGISTERED UNDER EPF, ESI & IS MINIMUM WAGES ACT APPLICABLE ON THEM OR IS THEIR ANY EXEMPTION FOR THEM.
FURTHER THEY HAVE MORE THAN 20 EMPLOYEES.
IS THE CONDITION OF 20 EMPLOYEES IS BELOW RS 6500 EMPLOYEE OR JUST 20 EMPLOYEES

many of my clients receiving notices for late filing of E-tds returns for 2012-13 a.y . one of my frien told me that an argument at court is going for not to pay such penalies . now my question is it necessary to pay such penalties noe immediatly ? or we to wait until judgement came? please help me in this regard
