Applicablitity of companies act, 2013 on existing companies

Please specify the provisions that are required to be comply with as per Companies Act, 2013 to the existing companies upto 31.03.2014 so that there would be no default on its part in future.

As far as now, 98 sections of the Companies Act, 2013 which were notified on 12.09.2013 are to be complied with. Please refer the below link for the list of notified sections:
