15 January 2014 i dont have any difficulty in underatansing the questions given, but i find very difficult to express it in paper In a properly manner... i am able to produce the right answer in my mother toungue but i find a bit hard to present the answer using the apt terms used in law ..

15 January 2014 Write your points relating to the answer in the working sheet first and then put it in simple and small sentences in the medium you have opted for answering (Hindi Or English)

Further, if you have opted for English, Suggest you read the CA, CMA, CS Journals (including student journals) regularly.

Start talking in English only at as many places as possible and with as many persons as possible.

Do not worry about mistakes and feel uncomfortable. However, have more interaction with those people who are close to you and also correct you in your English. This goes a long way and will be very helpful for you while answering your question paper.

Further, keep hearing to English news in Transistor (TV not advisable)of national channel or BBC News.

Also, keep practising your theoretical questions fully by writing rather than just scanning the codes / short cuts / mnemonics (in case of theory papers especially).
