Eforms to be filled with roc during the financial year 2015

Can you please tell me the eforms to be filled by the company (Pvt Copany & Unlisted Company) on or after 01.04.2015 with ROC (MCA).

What are the eforms to be filled with ROC during the Financial Year 2015 - 2016 ?

Dear,
when i have to check Sec.180(1)(c) compliances under Coys act 2013,
during the availment of loan or at the end of the year?
which share capital (Opening or closing)to be taken??
If the coy issues right issues,then what share capital i have to take??before issue or after issue, for compliances??

if employee who is currently drawing salary of Rs. 10000 now salary will be raised to 17000 than also his PF is require to deduct?
even if employee doesnt want to deduct it and also ready to self declaration for the non deduction of the same.

Can we make changes in the registered flat sale agreement ?
I have by-mistakenly entered the wrong flat number in one of the sale agreement, and now it is nearly a year the sale agreement is registered.

Legal heir ship certificate

Hi,

I need some advice. My dad passed away in Qatar in June 2014. For full and final settlement, the Qatari court is asking for a Legal Heirship Certificate from the Indian Court.

I want to know if I can get this certificate for use in Qatari Court?
How do I obtain this certificate? I LIVE IN MUMBAI..

PLEASE HELP!!
