Applicability of act

Please clarify applicability or non applicability of following mentioned labour laws in infrastructure company?(example:-ILFS) :-

1. Minimum Wages Act 1948
2. Industrial Employment (Standing orders) Act 1946
3. Payment of Wages Act 1936
4. Workmen’s Compensation Act 1923
5. Industrial Disputes Act 1947
6. Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952
7. Payment of Bonus Act 1965
8. Payment of Gratuity Act 1972
9. Maternity Benefit Act 1961
10. The Shops & Establishment Act

in one company 1 director make financial fraud..after 3/4 years whn he resigned the BOD come to know..
but they have to prove it through Invedtigating Report by appointing Authority..
can u suggest who can be An Investigating authority? is ca can do so?

In our case one Mr.X from Korea( Foreign Resident)wishes to establish a company in India,main activity of the company is Retail trading of Garments and clothes, textiles.
Please explain whether the activity is covered under automatic route as per FDI policy or will require FIPB approval.

Please also define what is wholesale/cash & carry trading ?

Frovident Fund

our organisation is a steel manufacturing co. having ten number of Labour supply contractors , each contractor has more than 20 workers. but on behalf of contractors we deduct Provident fund from respective workers and deposited through one challan and one EPF A/C no. whether it is advisable?

if the above is correct,then how the respective contractor identify their portion of EPF contribution.
