if a comp incorported on 31 dec 2009,then when wil be held A G M and file balancesheet and annual return of company,

Date of Incorporation:31/12/2009
Due date of First AGM: 30/06/2011
As per the provisions of section 166 of the Companies Act, 1956 the first AGM of a Company must be held within 18 months from the date of incorporation.
First BM has to be held within one month from the date of registration(incorporation). Now, suppose at the First BM of the Company, the Board has adopted the first financial year of the Company as 31.12.2009 to 31.03.2010, then the First AGM should be held on or before 3.12.2010.
Secondly, if the first financial year of the Company is from 31.12.2009 to 31.12.2010, the AGM must be held on or before 30.06.2011.
Please let me know the first financial year adopted by the Board of Directors of ur Company and i will let u know the exact due date of the first AGM of the Company.
