Two Indian companies have entered into contract wherein one company has raised PO in foreign currency. The company on which this PO is raised is subsidiary of a foreign company. Is it possible to raise PO in US$ between two Indian companies.

I had given a shop on rent @ 1500/- p.m. from 1992 to tenant in written aggreement but registered with court. Now, My tenant is not giving me rent for the last three years. I had suit upon him. But court is asking me to produce original rent deed, which has already been lost. Now, what i do? My advocate is also asking me to bring original deed.

I suggested to management that there is no need to appoint CS as our company is pvt ltd co., and most of the sections are not applicable to pvt ltd company.
