Stamp duty amount on following agreements ?

Hello everyone,

kindly let me know whether there is any requirement to pay stamp duty on following document/deeds if yes then rate/amount of stamp duty.
1. Appointment of employee/appointment letter
2. contract between CA and client for combines services like audit, consultancy, TDS returns etc.
3. friendly loan

Change in clause of aoa

What is the procedure to change the definition clause of the AOA for company registered u/s 25 of Companies Act,1956? Also provide me with the necessary forms or approvals, if any required for the same

In MOA of Companies which is registered under the Sec 25 of companies act 1956, however i have to change the definition of particular word in MOA
Please suggest me what is the procedure to change the Particular clause not the object clause

Section 299

A pvt compnay is a holding company of a public company.
Now holding company is advancing loan to the said subsidiary public company.
Directors are same in both the companies.Whether sec 299 will be attracted?

Dissolution of company

Hey dear friends,
One of the my client having default in ROC and income tax for non filling of return balance sheet and other documents. So now they want to close the company so whether they can apply to FTE or not? And whether they have to complied with earlier default or not? Pls suggest me appropriate solution thanks in advance

Bonus calculation as per bonus act

If an employee having a salary below Rs.3500, but he actually earned salary in every month is different say 2400, 2700, 2100. What will be his salary for bonus calculation.
