sir my question is ....is their any citation which shows that domestic violence had taken without involvement of husband .........by her in-laws........the matter is in such a way that a girl got love marriage with boy their on the family member of her husband were not happy and they used to torture her in absence of her husband ......they all were residing under same roof...........she lodged complaint against them .....AS her husband used to stay out maxmimum due to his job....
when the husband came to know he also lodged complaint against his family with his wife........and now the trial court says that bring a citation which shows that their can be a domestic violence without involvement of husband.....sir/madam please help me as soon as possible
