how do i study ECL,SEBI,Company law in CS-Executive? should I mug up the things or i can write in my own words in exam?

I am a CA Final Student:
Whether Companies Act 2013 is applicable to Audit as well or it is only applicable to Law Subject(45 sections notified)

as per which section ESI and Epf shall be deducted on arrear salary,which is increased .
