for ca final law nd audit amendments ..supplementary reader from icai is enough ?

Yes its advisable to cover the supplementary study material issued by ICAI completely. It will be sufficient since it is the first time Companies Act 2013 is included in syllabus.
Only 45 out of 98 notified Sections and Chapter IX - Accounts of Companies and Chapter X - Audit and Auditors of Companies Act 2013 are part of syllabus for CA Final Nov 2014 attempt.
