Company law:- roc- appointment of auditor

Dear Sir/Madam

Kindly guide me regarding
appointment of auditor (Audit Firm) for private company for FY 2014-15 onwards, what compliance to be followed for ROC, I mean which form to be filed by auditor and for what period (10 years allowed or not)?

and also guide me please
ADT-1 has to be filed independently and not as an attachment to GNL-2 effective 20th October 2014

Registration of partnership deed

Business Activity Started from 10th Nov. 2014,
Partnership Deed to be made on 6th December 2014 ,
Stamp Paper for Deed is Dated 4th december 2014,
Shall i mention in Deed, Date of Commencement of Business is From 10th Nov. 2014, i.e. Backdated....???

Tds on compensation for acquired land

as per the punjab-haryana high court; ajay kumar vs state of haryana cr no.3236 of 2014,compensation for acquired land would not suffer tds. so whether intt on enhanced compensation is taxable or not ?

Roc filing query

I am trying to file annual return of ROC , but while registering the DSC, the tab to "Browse" is not working. So I am not able to create new user to upload eforms. Moreover Submit button of all eforms are also not working after pre-scrutiny. Can any professional help me out of this issue.

Transfer of underconstruction property

My client has sold his interests in an underconstruction Property. He has drawn up a Normal Agreement for sale. I am not comffortable as the Balance Amount payable to the Builder by the New Purchaser is quite large. If the Builder and new purchaser do not have a Binding Agreement how will the New Purchaser make payments to the builder and what is there to protect him. I need a draft for underconstruction sale where maybe I get the Builder to sign as a confirming part. If anyone has such a draft, please share.

Guidance required under fema

Dear Experts,

I need clarification on domestic supply made in India against an sale order received from abroad. Money will be received from abroad. What documents to submit to Bank in this scenario? Is it allowed under FEMA? Is there any specific circular which covers this case?
