govt. co.

pls anyone tell me there is a govt. co., in which govt. is holding 80% shareholding n now govt has given Rs. 1 cr. to get more equity shares bt co. can't issue shares to govt.than nw how we will treat with rs. one crore and in which head of balance sheet this amount will be shown?????????

to calculate 26 weeks high low avg closing prices

relevant date 23/08/2010
i have to calculate 26 weeks closing high/closing low have data of last 6 months.i divide it in 26 weeks but confuse to calculate closing high/low in b/w that i have to chck the data that wts the high/low figure or by adding all and then calculate avg...pls suggest wts the right procedure...asap
