17 September 2010 both are equally remunerative and destructive though F & O is more as the lot size is least 2 lakhs.

So u could choose anyone. Choose anyone taking into account that instead of making profit ur capital does not reduce.

21 September 2010 intra day is better than F & O ....
u can go ahead in intra day with lass amount and at the end of the day u kno ur position....

05 January 2011 it depends on you, F & O carries high risk but high return also...and a resonable return can b obtained frm inraday trading....I'll suggest you to base on weekly swing calls and trade for a week atleast.
