Regarding Shares in physical form.

Hi,

Can anybody suggest me the procedure for selling shares held in physical forms.

if someone acquired shares in 1997 but he is not having D-MAT a/c. Now he want to sell shares then how can he sell?

Moreover what about the dividend not received for about 10 years, because the party has changed the address.

Kindly make suggestion.
