i want to do mba by distance learning .is it is good for career.icfai is offering for mba program is it is relevant.plz tell me about some other instute which r offering for mba 2008-09.

Due to some personal reasons I am not able to do it CA earlier & now also procedure is very lenghty still I cant do it with job which is necessary to me.I am M.Com from mumbai university & currently working in pvt.CA firm.I have lots of interest in taxation & audit.

Pls.guide me what to do? which professional course is suitable for me &
it scope in future & it is benefitial for me.As per my one of friend opnion go for a ICFA.

Can anyone please advise if a Bsc Graduate (Maths Main), with Statistics and Physics as Subsidiary subjects and also completed C.A Intermediate from ICAI is eligible to take the CPA exam from any State in US? If so, please advise how to proceed.

I have completed my MCA and was campus recruited in reputed MNC's and I have around 3.5 years of experience in Software Industry. I am a stay at home MOM for the past 6 months due to my delivery. I am planning to be out of my profession for the next 3 years. Meanwhile I am planning to CFA. I am willing to continue my career as a software professional or in finance. I am a Cost accountant and completed CWA in 07-08. Now I want to pursue CA. I m also working in a MNC as Asst Manager-finance. Now my query is :-

1).Can I pursue CA along with Job?
2).If yes, what will be the process to get in for Articleship?
3). I dont want to leave the job. Thus Can I complete the CA?

I heartly wish to do CA course. In graduation I scored 49% marks (thru correspondence).

Pls suggest the way forward.
