Hi

I have worked in a BPO for 2.5years and left the job in Aug 2008 as i wanted to seriously study for CA Final and clear the exams. But till the last attempt in Nov 09, i have been without a job and also not been able to clear the exams. I have always missed out by few marks. Now i have a job offer at hand, which does not pay me well because of the gap in my resume of 1.5 years. I know that if i take up the job i will not be able to study for the exams. If i don't take the job,then it will increase the gap in resume, not sure if i can clear the exams as well. So, please advise if it is worth taking the risk to leave the job and prepare for the May attempt. Please help me sort this with your guidance.

i m a ca student.i am in my 3rd year B.com.i m goin to complete it in March.i wanted to know that after i complete my b.com is icwai is a good option for me?i am confused dat whether i should go for m.com,law,cs or icwai?
is additional degree of icwai or cs going to help me in getting a better job??
will clearing icwai or cs will just add a degree to my portfolio or will also enhance my knowledge if i do it just as a side course because my main preference will always be my ca course??
the reason of my asking about knowledge is because in far future may be 6-7 years after i will look to start my own business which is definitely not going to be just ca practice but something like providing some other services which may be like outsourced accounting or formulation and maintainace of internal control for an organization.
