Is a semi-qualified CS i.e. pass in CS Executive Programme (Intermediate)considered for appointment as Assistant Company Secretary? Is there any statutory provision in the Company Secretaries Act/Companies Act for such appointment of semi-qualified CS?

Can any one tell me what are the benefits of parttime cop holder ?

If he can't be do following things.

Part Time COP Holder cannot certify, sign or attest any documents which requires the signatures of Practicing CA.

Is mathematics background judge the success of clearing CWA? because i have clear m.com from MUMBAI UNIVERSITY, where maths was left in 10th.After 10th there is no maths subjects. kindly advice...

I am M.com 28 yrs old . Working with ICICI Bank. I am interested to do either ca/cs/cwa. is it possible to do now? if yes, Is it possible to appear group-wise? as i have 2 days a week to study. my areas of interest are tax and accounts. i am confused to select one.

I am a C.S AND CURRENTLY DOING C.S training of which 2 months are left.But I wam more interested in finance.If I intend to do M.B.A(Finance) from where should I do it.Should I take up regular M.B.A or should i take up a job and do M.B.A through correspondence.
