Hi. My name is Amit. I am orthopaedically handicapped. I have been selected as bank probationary officer. but i have not received Appointment letter yet. I want to know where bank Probationary officers are provided training during their probation period? whether in Staff training college or in branches of that bank. Plzzzzzz reply fast if anyone have some idea.

Generally it is combination of Both.....But mostly it is on the Job Training.

it is job training , you have to work like other staff and than you will get final posting.. be ready for far posting...:)
