I am a member of ICAI and currently into full time Job, can anyone of you please answer the below for me:
1. What are the kind of services/works I am allowed to do with my knowledge and experience without a COP.
2. Can I do Accounting and investment management works without a COP. Can I do the management consulting services.
3. IF not then whether I can do that with a part time COP?
4. Can a non COP member use "Chartered Accountant" below his name in visiting cards.

I recently cleared my CA that is may 16 and I am looking for a job opportunity.I didn't get shortlisted in the campus and I am unable to land up in a job in corporates through off campus.Hence planning to take jobs in Bpo or kpo.will that going to be a wise choice for me? I am a Chartered Accountant, currently working in indirect tax with one of the big4s. However, I have a very strong liking and attraction towards career in RBI. Since RBI recruits grade B professionals every year which is a managerial position, I am targeting to crack this exam in 2017.

However, my current working hours are very bad ( Almost 13-14 hours every day and no weekends) which does not allow me to prepare for RBI exam. Thats why I am thinking to take a sabbatical next year for 3-4 months and prepare for the exam and crack it.

Can anyone tell me is it a correct strategy?

is working in bpo like Genpact ,wns,infosys worthwhile as they deal in us and UK law ?
