I cleared my CA in may 16,presently in job search I short listed in campus for cognizant and the job role is process specialist, please suggest me whether it is good or not to join.

If the profile is for a BPO stream, then forget accepting the offer. The life in BPO is not conducive if you are a CA and it is mundane non-application of mind. If you get any profile where you have to work in India Accounts / Tax you can ponder to accept it not in a BPO.
