12 September 2016 I cleared my CA in may 16,presently in job search I short listed in campus for cognizant and the job role is process specialist, please suggest me whether it is good or not to join.

14 September 2016 If the profile is for a BPO stream, then forget accepting the offer. The life in BPO is not conducive if you are a CA and it is mundane non-application of mind. If you get any profile where you have to work in India Accounts / Tax you can ponder to accept it not in a BPO.
