Actually I enrolled for CA in nearly about 6 years ago from CPT route and left the course in IPCC (without clearing) due to some stuff. I was diverted towards my family business. But since than I loved finance and accountancy. Even though I left CA I studied the FR and SFM paper which is in final and I loved it must. So any how I was in touch with the finance.

Now I want to make my career in finance. As our CA curriculum doesn’t provide much in accordance to Finance. I also came to know about CFA and FRM programs.

Since, the CFA program requires minimum Graduation and FRM only 12 completed as eligibility. So I request how I should start my journey in finance. Whether first to enroll for graduation with any distance learning programs and than CFA or directly join the FRM program or take some other courses or even first take some exposure in this field or weather its too late to start now. Please also tell me the future after joining such courses. My age is 28 years.

Hello Everyone, I am here to ask guidance from all of u. I am a 26 year old girl doing professional courses. I have done 12 th from science and later shifted to commence. I finished my post graduation M.com in 2013. I joined CMA and CS after graduation and now I am in finals of both. I failed in CMA once. I have planned this one year to study well and finish CMA . I am sure about my skills, capabilities and knowledge. My question is about age criteria for cma fresher's in CMA campus placements. I will be almost 27 when I will be a CMA. people around me tell me it's very late as a fresher and will be difficult for me to get a job as companies have age criteria for students. I don't want to lose my motivation while studying . I have no guidance available to tell me the reality so it will be of much help to me if you can guide me. isn't it fair to judge a candidate on knowledge basis instead of age ? not everything is in our hands in real life.

I am a B.com grad and working in a accounting firm. I have applied for a distance education in Symbiosis Pune. I have this doubt, will there be any scope or added advantage if I complete my PGDBF in distance education.

I have heard there is no scope or it won't add any advantage to my resume even if I complete my course from Symbiosis, because it is not a regular educational degree.

Can you all people, tell me is it my money worth investing ?
