06 October 2016 Better to look at ur work pressure. As an accounts executive u must not involve in compliance work, or other technical work. That is why ur salary is low in compare to them.

06 October 2016 Better to do a professional course, if u wanna ur growth in finance sector. And its not compulsory to do CA, CWA or CS, u can also go for MCom, or there are other courses also to do in accounting
