06 October 2016 working AS account Executive from 6 th month In an IT service company. to whom should I call to increase My salary As account asst manager getting 40000 & manger of accounts getting 102000

06 October 2016 Better to look at ur work pressure. As an accounts executive u must not involve in compliance work, or other technical work. That is why ur salary is low in compare to them.

06 October 2016 Better to do a professional course, if u wanna ur growth in finance sector. And its not compulsory to do CA, CWA or CS, u can also go for MCom, or there are other courses also to do in accounting
