Want to job at depository(nsdl or cdsl)

I am CA student. I have completed my articleship and also appeared for final nov2015 exams but didn't cleared. I want to work at depository (nsdl) after may 2016 final exams but I have no idea about organisational structure of nsdl depository. so I dont know for which post suitable me...as I see qualifications on nsdl website ( https://nsdl.co.in/careers.php) for various post but I dont know about what type of works done there. I have not invested money in share market but I track some stocks and market. so what type of works done at nsdl depository please help me out as qualification match our CA course...

I have qualified Ca in Nov 15,with multiple attempts. A startup Co. is offering a job & they said job profile would be finance controller & CTC 5L. I am very much confused about job profile & the Co. Please advice what i should do,whether it is good to start career with it,or should wait for other opportunities

Can an employer can give gratuity to his employee on his personal will if he have only 3 employees on his firm.
the firm is not paying esi and pf too.
where it is saying it in the gratuity act ?

Can a chartered accountant take insurance agency for selling life insurance with practising chartered accountant if not please provide circular for that
