What would be the impact if u work in a small company (50 mn $). Do it affect in any way the career prospect?

I would like to know the Best CA firms in Bangalore. Further I would also like to get Information about the firms which have vacancy for Article ship. I am a PE-2completed student and have 6 months of practical training in an auditor’s firm.

And also like to know if there is any period of the year during which the interviews generally happen?

What are all the areas a part time practioner is prohibited to certify? Whether a part time practioner can conduct internal audit for a conern other than the concern in which he is employed .

In short, what are all the areas an employed CA is prohibited to certify as part time practioner ?

job prospects and growth in future.I have taken 4 attempts for CA final and PE-II,will this effect my career growth.i know that they consider attempts for the FIRST JOB , but will that matter in future jobs . Or can my hard work in job cover my disadvantage.plz reply i am tensed about my future.

my friend has completed his 1st group in CA Final. he wanted to know, from where he can do MBA which have good value & will help him in Ca Profession also. He wants to do from IGNOU but they require 3 Yrs expierence. plss suggest MBA fom good place(Distant Learning)

I am appearing in May 2008 final. My three years Articleship ends on 31st Mar 2009.

While I am cracking May 2008 final and joining in a big Corporate in the name of Industrial Trainee, will I be treated as par as a qualified CA (remuneration wise and responsibility wise) by that Corporate? Or Will I be paid more only after 31st March 2009.

Because the balance 9 months is after all a formality - right ? ?

i am 33 years old and passed M com. and PE-II,completed 22 months of articleship in old scheme (before 30-sep-2001),after that i joined a PSU as an Accounts Officer 4 years back with salary of 20000 pm and working now.

Now i am planning to join final course and articleship (remaining 14 months) and do final course to complete my final course and start practice after completing final course.

my question is:
1) whether shall i continue my job in a Central PSU with which i am earning as an office Rs.20000 pm.
2)or can i re-register for articleship and do final course after passing final shall i practice?

3)in the present situation environment whether practice is better or joining for a job is better i dont have any of my frineds or relatives doing practice, i have to start afresh.

please guide me so that i can take quick decision
