What would be the impact if u work in a small company (50 mn $). Do it affect in any way the career prospect?

It is always better to work in a small company as you know the processes and can develope in a good position.
In a big company you are specialised and cannot be flexible.

Some more opinions welcomed here. Do big co.s really candidates from small co.s? Where is the pay package more?
