Do attempts count in Future

02 September 2007 Hi Fellow People,
job prospects and growth in future.I have taken 4 attempts for CA final and PE-II,will this effect my career growth.i know that they consider attempts for the FIRST JOB , but will that matter in future jobs . Or can my hard work in job cover my disadvantage.plz reply i am tensed about my future.

I don't think its any kind of serious thing as you considering .Most of companies fully engrossed towards in depth relevant experience, in fact its material because after some stages your in depth experience will be counted for your progress. In my opinion become a CA is sufficent but few companies HR dep.for freshers or low experienced profiles often give stress on passing attempts .

In campus interviews it does. Few companies give preference to First attempt candidates in shortlisting.....but in shortlisting only. If you are not good at interview u r gone. In ur case whether u hv taken 4 attempts or 10...if u perform in interviews well then no issues. Yeah u may face trouble in shortlisting during campus, though looking at ur no of attempts i can assure u,u wl b shortlisted by atleast 13 co.s.....don worry too much.....
