Industrial Trainee Or CA?

I am appearing in May 2008 final. My three years Articleship ends on 31st Mar 2009.
While I am cracking May 2008 final and joining in a big Corporate in the name of Industrial Trainee, will I be treated as par as a qualified CA (remuneration wise and responsibility wise) by that Corporate? Or Will I be paid more only after 31st March 2009.
Because the balance 9 months is after all a formality - right ? ?
Please clarify.

Ofcourse as a trainee remuneration wise. You may be offered job as a CA later.
