Dear Sir/Madam Currently I am working in a Outsourcing company. I working here for past 3.6 years. I am also pursuing ICWAI intermediate but not yet completed. I already give my resignation to my company at last week but they never accept it. They come for negotiation and provide me Team Leader offer with conditions said that I get only promotion but pay for the same will be provide on November. Please any one can give clear idea whether I can accept it or leave it because most of the colleague and well-wisher suggest to accept it. I need expert suggestion.

I have started a company giving services of Payroll Outsourcing. Presently I am having 3 companies as my client. Starting a business itself is a challenge as there are many competitors in the same line of business.

I wanted to know how can I reach out to customers/clients who are in need of the service. There must be some basic tools of reaching out to the target audience. I am from a Finance background so dont have much exposure to Marketing a service.

If any of you can help me out to give me some ideas of reaching out to clients, it would be of great help to me.

What are fields or works which can be learned or done by a article during the articleship ? Name the works of CA firm? ex. audit, return etc.

Sir I'm totally confused about my career .I hv passed the 12th board with 89%.I wanna pursue CA as my career but what will be the right time for that I am unable to make it out.
Whether to go for cpt right now or after completion of my graduation...
Another thing is I hv some intrest in banking and other competitive exams and I too want to do that also...

Sir I resigned from my firm more than a month ago. They called me for a meeting 10 days ago and post that have made me sit at home. They are not allowing me transfer and to top of it are debiting my leaves so that i rejoin the firm. They are giving no responses to mails and verbal follow up. What steps can I take to get my transfer knowing that my firm's partner is a very senior and influential person at ICAI too. Will I be able to get justice.

hello everyone, I have cleared my first group of CA final and have given second group exams and hence hoping for the positive results for this as well. Hence wanted to know how the interviews are conducted in campus placement and what type of questions are asked and how to prepare for it. And is it better to go for campus placement or search the job off campus.kindly guide me. Thanking you in advance
