CA Rakesh is practicing in his sole proprietorship firm "Rakesh & Associates" since 2012 and CA Sahil is practicing in his sole proprietorship firm "Sahil & Associates" since 2015.Now Both want to merge their CA Firms in 2016.

Respected all members, I have completed CS this year,now i search for job, As a company secretary its main function is secretarial & compliance,MCA 21 E Filling,statutory register maintain,conduct meetings,and ensure corporate governance. Now my query is some private limited company offering post of CS,Whether big or small. The secretarial work is very less here & generally made formalities in this regard. And listed public company requiring experienced candidate for the post of CS. DO ONE CS SHOULD JOIN PVT COMPANY?

May get a good hike after 6 months

Have to give CA Final Group 2 exam in November

Now he want to Join PGDBF (Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance ) by distance Education for carrier in banking sector. He requested to you for your expert Guidance as below..

Is it right decision ?
Is CA student further need of this type diploma for Banking Sector.

Hi ...I am Sweta CA (Final)student. Currently I am residing in Singapore with my husband and 2 kids. I cleared 1st group in May 2012 but not able to clear 2nd group. Now I am 34 yrs and still not able to clear 2nd group. This Nov 16 again flying to India to appear in Exam.I want enquire whether there are any possibilities of getting CA jobs at the age of 35 as my kids are too small so I am thinking of joining next year .I already lost my years in appearing 2nd group exams and in my personal life. Whether there are any scope for me to get jobs overseas or in India. Please suggest as I don't want to sit at home after giving my years of life to Chartered Accountant course. Please suggest.
