01 July 2016 Dear Sir/Ma'am

I am Ca Final Student(1st group of final also got cleared,2nd Group Left),I am getting two job opportunity

1st:Accenture:
Advantages: 5 day working
Disadvantages: Night Shift
Department:Accounts and Finance(What will be the exact work not known yet)
Salary:21000
Salary Hike:After a long time.

2nd:Small Startup Company
Advantages: Taxation Related Exposure and Accounting work.
Day working
Disadvantages: 6 day working
Salary:23000
May get a good hike after 6 months

Have to give CA Final Group 2 exam in November

Please suggest the best option for me.

02 July 2016 If the financial position at your end is manageable for another five to six months, then skip these offers and get serious about studies and ensure you are at any cost going to clear this attempt.

On the contrary if your financial position is not sound, then you can opt joining the Startup Company, where you will be working in accounts and tax related areas. This is better than working in night shift at Accenture, don't go by big name, junk it.
